If an item breaks during the first three weeks and it is not a technical issue, we will offer to have it fixed for a fee rather than issuing a refund.

If items afre damager upon arival we will componsatate u for the damages or you will have a choice to have the item exchanged. 

Delivery is always paid for; we don't provide free delivery.
We ship our orders through third-party shipping companies. If there are several products, we deliver them ourselves.
You can request assistance when purchasing an item if you will need assistance setting it up so that we can send a technician or staff person to help.
